"I believe strongly in the purpose of our checkoff dollars. With our pooled resources, we can change our future in so many ways that individually would be difficult, if not impossible. Together, we can open new markets, direct new research, and search for new uses.."

NOW IS THE TIME TO COMMENT ON THE PROPOSED e15 WAIVER
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking public comment on a proposed waiver, which would allow for ethanol blends of up to 15% to be marketed in the United States.
The waiver is being requested by ethanol supporters who believe e15 would:
• Increase the market share of ethanol blends in the United States
• Help overcome the “blend wall” that exists with current E10 blends
• Reduce dependence on imported oil
• Increase demand for corn-based ethanol
